Riding Lessons
Initially, we establish a training plan which focuses on horsemanship
and safety on and around the horse. This includes grooming,
saddling, ground control and walking, to later trotting and
cantering in harmony with the horse, as well basic first aid
for both horse and rider. Each student will be provided with
a diary to record dates and hours of actual riding, any problems
or sickness their horse may encounter and details of local Vets.
A folder will also be provided with a summary of the skills
and knowledge imparted at each session.

| Recommend
clothing: long sleeve collared shirt and long straight
legged pants. Long hair should be tied back. Please remove
all jewellery, especially rings and earrings. Suitable
footwear must be worn. Riding boots are preferred however
suitable alternatives may be allowed. |
Workshops
Group lessons are a fun way to learn and helps minimise the
cost if divided amongst friends. One-time or monthly workshops
can be catered for, covering all aspects of horsemanship. Includes
morning tea, sausage sizzle, afternoon tea & drinks.

Pony Club
Riders have the opportunity to ride and compete in Pony Club
without the commitment and ongoing expense of owning a horse.
We will meet you at Pony Club with the horse and equipment.
You will need to be a member of your local Pony Club.

Pony Parties
A fun idea for birthday parties, Christmas parties, family picnics
and community activities. We can come to you or, if cleaning
up isn't your thing, have the party at the Arena Centre.
